The Chinese never cease to amaze the world with both its technological advances, as well as their naturopathy. Western culture is well known for being practicing natural medicine for centuries, with results that keep scientists with an open mouth.
The Chinese have a technique called “FENG FU Technique” it is originated from the well-known acupuncture (needle technique). In acupuncture, Feng Fu point is located in the center of the back of the neck, as shown in the following figure.
How to apply FENG FU technique.
To try this technique you need to be lying down or sitting, then proceed to put an ice cube in FENG FU point (as shown in image above) Hold the ice cube in the Feng Fu point for 20 minutes, you can use any kind of scarf or wrap to hold the ice cube instead.
During the first 40 seconds of having applied the ice cube you may feel the desire to remove it, but if you wait a few seconds longer that feeling disappears and instead you will have a warming sensation that goes straight to the point FENG FU.
This treatment should be used 2 times a day, the first time as soon as you wake up, and the second before going to sleep at night. After applying this treatment, you must wait two days to repeat it again.
