1. Chocolate ice cream

Ingredients

  • 250 ml of cold skim milk
  • 250 cc of warm skim milk
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine
  • 1 tablespoon of sweetener
  • 3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Preparation

To prepare the chocolate ice cream, the first thing to do is to put in a container the cold milk with a tablespoon of cornstarch and stir to dissolve this. Then add the cocoa, warm milk, sweetener, and margarine. Stir well

Then, take the mixture over low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture has a thick consistency. Once you achieve this consistency, please remove it from heat, place it in a bowl, and put it in the refrigerator.

While the mixture cools, beat the egg whites until stiff. Once they are ready, add the beaten egg whites to the mixture of chocolate and a tablespoon of vanilla extract. Let it cool. When it is cold, put it in the freezer for four hours, and chocolate ice cream is ready to eat.

2. Lemon ice cream

A great way to add vitamin C to our body is with this rich light lemon ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of lemon juice
  • 100 cc of cream of milk low in fat
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons of unflavored gelatin

Preparation

First, you must put in a pot two cups of water with sweetener and gelatin. Then put it at low heat, constantly stirring, until boiling. When boiling, remove from heat and let it cool. Once the mixture is cool, add a cup of lemon juice before filtering.

Meanwhile, whisk in a bowl low-fat cream of milk to make a thick consistency. When the cream is ready, incorporate it into the mixture with stirring motion. Stir gently until you have a homogeneous preparation. Once ready, pour it into a bowl and take it to the freezer. If you look and it has the consistency of ice cream, you are ready to eat.

3. Peach ice cream

The fruity flavor of this ice cream is a must for a summer afternoon.

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of peaches
  • 1-star anise
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 5 tablespoons of powdered sweetener
  • 400 grams of low-fat cream cheese
  • ½ liter of water

Preparation

The first thing to do is to wash, peel and slice peaches. Once that is ready, put it in a pot with water and bring it to low heat. Next, add the star anise, sweetener, and lemon zest. When the peach is soft, please remove it from heat and let it cool.

Once it is cold, mix the peaches in a blender until the consistency of a cream. Then take to the fridge to cool. While this mixture remains in the refrigerator, whisk the cheese with a tablespoon of sweetener. Then, add the cream cheese to the peaches mixing both slowly for join. When you achieve a homogeneous consistency, pour it into a mold and lead it to the freezer until the ice cream is made.

4. Frozen mango

Enjoy the tropical flavor of this ice cream without gaining weight

Ingredients

  • 3 mangos
  • 4 tablespoons of sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 cups of low-calorie cream
  • 2 cups of skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Preparation

First, peel the mango and cut it into pieces. Then mix it with the sweetener and let stand in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, cook the mixture over low heat for five minutes. Then remove from heat and let it cool. Once it is cold, put the mixture in a blender with lemon juice and stir.

Meanwhile, place cream and milk in a saucepan and bring to heat until boiling. When it breaks the boil, remove from the heat and let cool. Once it is cold, add it to the mix of mango with vanilla essence. Stir outflanking until you get a smooth paste.
